Activities for kids in Herefordshire

There is plenty to do in Herefordshire to entertain the little ones, the hardest part is deciding which ones to do!

A good all round activity for all age groups is Queenswood, it is the only designated country park in the county and only 6 miles away.  Queenswood has easy access paths and trails including the Animals of the Forest Sculpture Trail and The Gruffalo Walk! Wynnes of Dinmore is perfect for young children.  The Wynnes have been traditional farmers for 5 generations and have recently decided to diversify by creating a Country Store and Animal Farm Park.  The family farm has pygmy goats, miniature pigs, alpacas, poultry and more.  This is complimented wonderfully by their Peckers tea room serving delicious food all day as well as a gift shop and their country store. http://www.wynnes.co.uk
